The Gift of the She-Goat is a hand crafted soap that was made in collaboration between Astatula Candle Co. and Bodhi Basics.

The soap was made using the consecrated goat milk and goat colostrum from the Horn of Capella fixed star talismanic ritual. Read all about the ritual and the astrology behind it HERE .

This is a magical soap that is filled with nourishment and devotion to nature and the wild. It was literally hand crafted by two women, one being a nursing mother holding her babe at the time, and using four hands to make this soap. This number is significant because it is the number of Jupiter and Capella ( the star invoked) was conjoined with Jupiter during the original election.

Together we made the soap only later to discover there was something missing from the mixture. The consistency and texture just wasn’t quite right which delayed the release of the soap with the rest of the Horn of Capella release. Over this winter season, Kim ( Bodhi Basics) got an intuitive pull from the energy of Pan that the soap just wasn’t funky enough. Thus the soap was re-melted with the addition of MORE goat milk, pure hemp oil and patchouli. And voila! The soap was then perfect, chefs kiss .

Capella soap can be used during cleansing rituals both practical and magical and is great for grounding, nourishment and abundance.

As you lather the soap you can call on the fixed star and the energies of Amalthea for grounding, gratitude, health, to receive the blessings of the horn of plenty and all things under the light of Capella. The Gift of the She-Goat soap ingredients are : goat milk, goat colostrum, hemp oil, shea butter, coconut oil, castor oil, sustainable palm oil, olive oil, rosehip oil, rooibos tea, cinnamon, ginger, marigolds, essential oil of rose geranium, e.o. of peppermint, e.o. of vanilla, e.o. of myrrh . Each bar is topped with a light dusting of shimmering mica and genuine gold leaf.

Bars measure approximately 3 × 2 × 1.25 inches and weigh approximately 0.5lb
