When on a Hero’s Journey one may find themselves in need of help remembering the beauty, magic, and strength of the natural world around that is constantly supporting and advocating for the voyager.  This anointing oil is crafted to shine light on all of the wonder that surrounds each and every one of us throughout our journey, no matter what chapter we find ourselves in.  It is not creating this help, but merely bringing our attention to the presence that has been there all along guiding us each step of the way.

To use apply to palms of hands, nape of neck, heart space, solar plexus, and any area in need of healing.  Close eyes, cup hands, and take a deep breath in.  Welcome in the strength, beauty, and life-giving qualities of the Sun.   

Additional suggestions for use:  For added benefit and alignment apply twice a day during the Golden Hour to welcome and bid farewell to the Sun, all the while giving thanks for it’s gifts.  Spend time outside while applying and enjoying this oil.  Make an offering to the Sun by planting seeds (this paper is full of them!), providing a home for birds, donating to habitat restoration, or by cleaning up a local park or landscape.  This will further your connection and provide a mutual exchange for all the care and support the Sun provides while working with it: a way of saying “thank you”. 

Scent notes are sun warmed wheat, an afternoon walk among the cypress, and whisperings from a century old orange grove. Warm, sultry, and clean.
